EveryBody Yoga with Megan
Offering virtual class and in-person private yoga/meditation

Each month new Yoga Goals are set and you can purchase each monthly event based on your needs and schedule.

Sometimes I offer physical asana. Sometimes guided meditation. Sometimes both.

I pray to spirit before each recording asking my words and flow to be blessed to your benefit. I do my best to teach what I believe is being asked of me. I also curse a little. You should know that. My cursing is not meant to harm anyone or take away from the sacred practice, but it is in line with who I am. I don’t want you to be alarmed if I happen to use profanity.

July 6th-25th. With a quick 20 minute flow emailed bright and early, we set the tone for our day. The
practice is also available via YouTube for 72 hours.

Meditation Starter Pack $30
(5-20 Minutes)

This is the path for people wanting to learn how to build a daily meditation practice. With meditations ranging from 5 minutes to 20 minutes, we go over simple mindfulness techniques. These links are yours indefinitely.

In Person Private Yoga $75
(60 Minutes)

This is for private yoga in your home and more
comprehensive yoga coaching. We will discuss your goals and make a practice plan. View our FAQs here.

Virtual Private Yoga $50
(60 Minutes)

This is for private yoga in your home over zoom, live in-person together. We will discuss your goals and make a practice plan. View our FAQs here.

Virtual Pre-Recorded Private Yoga $50
(20 Minutes x4)

This is for private yoga goals but with less time and
financial commitment. It’s a bridge between group classes and full private yoga coaching. We will start with an intake meeting to discuss your goals. Then I will create four 20 minute classes, just for you.
3 physical practices and 1 meditation.
