April Yoga Goals

20 Minutes a Day for 20 Days

Every morning from April 11- May 1 you will receive a link to a 20 minute yoga practice. 

Your link will be live for 72 hours (last class will be accessible through May 3rd). 

I look forward to sharing space and time with you! I will be traveling for the bulk of these classes so join me from West Texas to the beaches of Florida!
